This is a part that wears. It can wear out quicker if you have contaminated fuel that has been pulled through the system. We suggest when replacing this part, to drain the fuel tank and rinse in clean diesel (not water as this is a contaminant.) Also we suggest you replace the Fuel Tank Filter and the Fuel Filter.
