Replacement Crank Shaft Seal.
Generator Guru says:
The crank shaft seal may need replacing for one of the following reasons:
1. The oil pressure is too high. This can be caused by over filling the oil.
2. The seal has been pinched during operation.
3. The rubber in the seal has perished over time. This is not as common but probabilities are whether the generator is over 10 years old or been stored with old oil.
