EU COUNTRIES (not including those with a free trade agreement)
Although all EU countries do not charge import tariffs from the UK, they may charge VAT and a minimal processing fee. This seems to be at the discretion of the receiving country and may be based on a de minimus (minimum order value before charges are incured.)
Official EU information on this can be found here and Postal processing fees can be found here (pdf).
OTHER COUNTRIES
Please contact your local government for tariffs and payment proceedures.
