Description

New Replacement Fuel tap made of cast Aluminium for long life.

Generator Guru says:

Sometimes the internal Seal in the Fuel Tap Petcock gets pinched by the on/off action. Other times they degrade from the added Ethanol in modern fuels eating away at the internal Seal. This results in fuel leaking from the Petcock.

You will need to undo the screw and remove the Round Fuel On/Off Switch from the front of the Generator before removing the Housing. When taking apart the Generator Housing to replace the Part, be sure you take note of all the small parts that make up the support of the Engine to the Housing, and how they fit back together. This can be a tricky job, so assistance from another person when taking the Housing apart and reassembling it, might make the job much easier and quicker!

My Generator is up and running again thanks to your company's patience and help in obtaining a part for me.

The part number 74650389 petcock worked a treat the same size as my broken part.

Its not very often you come across a company these days that go the extra mile to sort out a problem for you.

    Thanks again

    Best Regards
