Description
Replacement Nut for holding the Flywheel onto the crankshaft. Made from toughened steel for a prolonged life.
Generator Guru says:
To prevent the engine turning the full cycle and not allowing you to tighten the flywheel nut, we suggest stopping the engine from turning by removing the spark plug and feeding clean rope into the spark plug hole. Be sure to leave some rope out so you can easily retrieve it after.
Once fitted, be sure the flywheel is balanced when turning the engine. If there is an imbalance or play in the flywheel, this indicates there is damage to either the Crankshaft, Camshaft or there are other internal engine faults.
