New Replacement Flywheel made and balanced to the highest degree.
Generator Guru Says:
Be sure the flywheel is fitted correctly. If it is not balanced when turning, it is indicating other internal engine issues. Check the Crankshaft and its Oil Seal, or there are possibly other internal engine faults.
To prevent the engine turning the full cycle and not allowing you to tighten the flywheel nut, we suggest stopping the engine from turning by removing the spark plug and feeding clean rope into the spark plug hole. Be sure to leave some rope out so you can easily retrieve it after.

well made flywheel cast ali not acomposit plastic which fell apart on about the third time of starting this generator will make 1000w now befoe it would only get to about 200w before engine almost stoped

The flywheel fitted from new was plastic and shattered after a few hour use. The flywheel from generator guru is all metal and a far better quality than the original. Very happy with the purchase
