Add a drop of clean engine oil to the filter, and "squeeze" throughout filter. This will make it catch even the finest particles.

    I'm pleased with this air filter for my generator. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the description didn't say that it requires oiling the filter before using it.

    Was having a little trouble finding this since my generator is older. Stumbled upon Generator Guru, they had it. Ordered it and it fit like a glove, price was good, shipping was good, I'm a happy camper. Thanks Generator Guru.
